Our primary goal is that you are completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from us.

All Robic and Oslo products are covered by a one year limited warranty. Read the details of the Warranty below.

If the product you receive is different than the product you ordered, we will gladly accept your return and send the correct style right out. Should the product you receive not perform the functions you thought it would deliver, we can arrange for a replacement which is more suitable for your needs. You must make us aware of this within 10 days of receipt by email or by calling us at 203-264-2702 between 8:00AM and 4:30 PM, Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. We can only accept unused and unopened products as we cannot sell as new products already put into use.

In either of these cases, you will require a Return Authorization (RA) which we can provide after you contact us. Only items containing the RA number assigned to them will be accepted. Others will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping must be paid by the customer to return the item.

Items returned without their original packaging and/or packing materials, which we were told were unused, but have actually been put into use, will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original purchase price.Replacement and exchange of your item is our policy as it pertains to returns. Returns will not be authorized for reasons other than those listed above. Sales are final in that it is assumed you are purchasing the product of your choice, of your own free will.

Limited Warranty:

Marshall - Browning International Corporation (MBI Corp.) offers a limited warranty of one year from the original purchase date. This limited warranty applies to all of our Stopwatches, Timers, and Pedometers.

THE WARRANTY PROCESS – WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

If the product develops a manufacturing defect within the one year limited warranty period, it will be either repaired or replaced (at MBI Corp.’s option) with a product of equal value. You must provide proof of purchase, i.e. a validated store receipt or record showing date of purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

MBI Corp. will not repair defects of damages caused by or showing evidence of:

  1. Improper or unauthorized service.
  2. Misuse, tampering, abuse or mistreatment of the product.
  3. Damage to the case or viable cracking of the lens.
  4. Moisture damage, if the product is not water-resistant.
  5. Batteries are not covered by this warranty. Should the battery in your product exhaust their power, please refer to the warranty for replacement options.
  6. If we find that the battery is the cause of the defect, MBI Corp. reserves the right to charge you ($7.50) for a new replacement.

MBI Corp. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND STATE LAW.

MBI Corp. limits the duration of any warrant implied by state law, including the implied warrant of merchantability, to one year from the date of original purchase. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
